1. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to assess training needs and identify gaps in knowledge and skills. 2. Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. 3. Create instructional materials, such as training manuals, presentations, and multimedia content, that are interactive and learner-centered. 4. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to facilitate learning and development. 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement. 6. Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, human resources, education, or a related field. - Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting. - Chinese/English (Chinese is preferred) .
