Job Description

Job Objective

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Training Manager to lead our learning initiatives while ensuring all processes align with internal Quality Assurance (QA) standards. This role is designed for a high-potential professional who aims to transition into a Human Resources Manager role within the next 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Talent Development

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses through job analysis and consultation with department heads.
  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive training programs (soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development).
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, ROI, and success periodically.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) Integration

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Training department.
  • Audit training activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO requirements (if applicable).
  • Utilize QA methodologies to analyze data and improve the efficiency of HR processes.

3. Strategic HR & Career Progression

  • Assist the current leadership in broader HR functions, including Employee Engagement, C&B, and Performance Management (KPIs).
  • Gradually take over HR administrative and strategic planning tasks to prepare for the HRM transition.
  • Build a strong employer brand and internal culture.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Training & Development or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • QA Knowledge: Proven understanding of Quality Assurance principles, SOP development, or internal auditing.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for reporting and international collaboration.
  • Skills: * Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
    • Leadership potential with a desire to manage a full-scale HR department.
