Job Description

Develop and maintain the training system in line with company policies and strategies.
Work with departments to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Plan, schedule, and organize training programs for Operators, Lead Operators, QC, Technicians, Engineers, and support office training plans.
Ensure employees receive proper training and meet competency requirements.
Develop and improve training materials and facilities.
Monitor, evaluate, and report training effectiveness and results.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure easy retrieval.
Deliver objective and other assigned training courses.
Evaluate team members’ performance.
Support maintenance and improvement of QMS and EMS in related areas.
