Analyze training requirements to align with regional business needs and goals.
Manage and facilitate company training programs. Design and develop training materials for line staff, supervisors, and mid-level management using appropriate training methodologies.
Support in building the working environment with professional manner and team building.
Identify external resources for management and supervisory development.
Monitor and evaluate results of all internal training programs.
Act as an internal consultant for staff members and the HR department by providing relevant training, interventions, or organizational development recommendations. Evaluate the ongoing suitability of training vendors and maintain relationships to meet the company's training needs.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and development, especially in hospitality, facilities management, or service-oriented industries.
Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation.
Proficient in various training methods: on-the-job, classroom, and e-learning.
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and continuously improve training initiatives.
Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and translation).
Competent in assessing training effectiveness and aligning with business goals.
Passionate about learning and development.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Willing to travel frequently for training assignments.
