Job Description

Strategic Planning & Execution

· Co-create and Own B2B features and enhancements on platform with DDT central/Partner especially on demand generation capabilities (UI/UX, personalization, retailer channel programs)

· Build Digital Coverage Strategy along with CD team

· Develop and implement annual trade marketing strategies aligned with channel growth plan and category development.

· Lead the design and execution of promotion campaigns, loyalty programs and digital activations under monthly planning & operating cycle to maximize the impacts of category J2BD through integrated trade marketing programs

· Define Marketing strategy and Digital marketing methods (SEO, SEM, CRM, direct messaging)

Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Manage the execution of Digital Selling Hub tasks to drive eCommerce growth.

· Coach & mentor a team of four direct reports across analytics, merchandising, content & creative lead, and digital promotion.

· Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, Finance, and Digital Operations team and Central Global Project team.

Digital & CRM Excellence

  • Drive digital adoption and retailer stickiness on platform through retailer engagement, loyalty and gamifications.
  • Leverage digital platforms and tools to enhance visibility, conversion, and ROI of trade campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.

Channel Development & Optimization

  • Conduct channel audits and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and investment priorities.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and digital content are aligned with brand and channel strategy.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, digital marketing, and CRM within FMCG or retail.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of distributive trade dynamics and digital commerce is an advantage
