Job Description

Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.
Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide quotations, and align on project timelines.
Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate and arrange staff according to project needs.
Track deliverables, prepare progress reports, and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
Represent the Project Manager in working with relevant internal departments.
Assist in managing image editing projects, including color correction, skin retouching, background removal, and composition.
Ensure edited images meet client standards and project requirements before delivery.

Diploma or Associate Degree in Project Management, Design, Graphics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 year of experience in project management, operations, or project assistance.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop (e.g., cropping, color adjustment, background editing).
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Excellent planning, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
High sense of responsibility, quick learner, and adaptable.
Willingness to work overtime and during holidays when required.
