If you have any issue during your application process such as failure of file uploading or inactive send button, please check and try again with the following instructions.

• The system currently allows one file that is saved as .doc, .docx or or .pdf to be uploaded.
• If you have multiple attached documents, kindly put multiple files into one file in which total size does not exceed 5MB
• Upgrade your current browser to the latest version (Firefox: 57 and above, Cốc Cốc: 75 and above, Microsoft Edge: MEdge 44 and above, Internet Explorer: 11 and above, Safari: 13.1 and above)
• Turn off "Ads Block" in the browser setting
