Trợ Lý Giám Đốc Nhà Máy

• Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Nhà máy trong việc quản lý chất lượng, sản lượng và hệ thống 5S của nhà máy.
  Assist the Factory Director in managing product quality, production output, and the 5S system.
• Giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn công việc trong quá trình sản xuất.
  Monitor compliance with production procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Kiểm tra và đảm bảo chất lượng bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm trước khi chuyển sang công đoạn tiếp theo hoặc nhập kho.
  Ensure semi-finished and finished products meet quality standards before moving to the next process or warehouse.
• Theo dõi số lượng sản phẩm của từng đơn hàng, đảm bảo giao hàng đúng số lượng theo kế hoạch.
  Monitor production quantities to ensure each order is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu về chất lượng, sản lượng và các vấn đề phát sinh trong sản xuất; đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến.
  Collect and analyze production and quality data, identify root causes of issues, and recommend improvement actions.
• Theo dõi, duy trì và thúc đẩy việc thực hiện 5S trong toàn bộ nhà máy.
  Monitor and maintain the implementation of the 5S system throughout the factory.
• Lập các báo cáo định kỳ về chất lượng, sản lượng và tình hình hoạt động sản xuất theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc Nhà máy.
  Prepare periodic reports on production performance, quality, and operational activities for the Factory Director.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
  Perform other duties assigned by the Factory Director.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các ngành Quản lý công nghiệp, Quản lý chất lượng, Kỹ thuật, Cơ khí, In ấn hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fields.

Có tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trợ lý Giám đốc, Quản lý chất lượng, Kỹ sư chất lượng hoặc các vị trí tương đương trong môi trường sản xuất.
At least 2 years of experience as a Director Assistant, Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Am hiểu về các hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, 5S, Lean, Kaizen hoặc ISO là một lợi thế.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO standards is an advantage.

Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel và PowerPoint.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
Good English communication skills.

Chủ động, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm và chịu được áp lực công việc.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
