Job Description

Manage and control production plan to achieve delivery date, productivity and required quality standard.
Assign responsibilities and provide on-the-job training for the team and relevant staff.
Improve productivity, quality and production process.
Settle issues arising in the production process and propose solutions.
Other jobs related to production activities.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in garment industry.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred major: Garment technology or fashion design...
Experience: worked in a similar position at a manufacturing/garment company
