Job Description

To support the Chief Accountant in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, proper documentation control, and timely submission of required reports.
Collect and compile vouchers/documents arising from daily transactions.
Prepare and maintain reports on revenue, receivables/payables, and outstanding debts.
Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records.
Provide explanations and supporting documentation for reported figures when required.
Provide accounting records and data to tax authorities, auditors, and inspection agencies upon request.
Support the compilation and synthesis of accounting data for reporting and compliance purposes.
