MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC / JOB PURPOSE

Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của Bộ phận Kỹ thuật Quy trình (PED), đảm bảo các công cụ sản xuất, quy trình sử dụng keo và các giải pháp kỹ thuật được tiêu chuẩn hóa, tối ưu và cải tiến liên tục nhằm nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng sản phẩm và giảm chi phí sản xuất.

Responsible for leading and managing all activities of the Process Engineering Department (PED), ensuring production tooling, glue application processes, and engineering solutions are standardized, optimized, and continuously improved to enhance productivity, product quality, and manufacturing cost efficiency.

2. TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Quản lý Bộ phận PED / PED Management

• Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động của Bộ phận PED.
  Lead and manage all activities of the Process Engineering Department.
• Xây dựng mục tiêu, kế hoạch và KPI của bộ phận phù hợp với mục tiêu sản xuất. Develop departmental objectives, work plans, and KPIs aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Phân công, giám sát và phát triển năng lực đội ngũ kỹ sư PED.
  Assign, supervise, coach, and develop the PED engineering team.
• Đảm bảo bộ phận PED cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hiệu quả cho các xưởng sản xuất. Ensure the PED provides effective engineering support to production operations.

2.2 Quản lý Tooling sản xuất / Production Tooling Management

• Quản lý việc thiết kế, chế tạo, cải tiến và tiêu chuẩn hóa các loại tool, jig, fixture và dụng cụ hỗ trợ sản xuất.
  Lead the design, fabrication, improvement, and standardization of production tools, jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids.
• Đảm bảo tooling luôn sẵn sàng, chính xác và đáp ứng đúng tiến độ sản xuất.
  Ensure production tooling is accurate, available, and delivered on time to support production schedules.
• Phối hợp với Sản xuất và Bảo trì để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến tooling. Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to resolve tooling-related issues.
• Theo dõi hiệu quả sử dụng tooling và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao năng suất, giảm thời gian thao tác và kéo dài tuổi thọ tooling.
  Monitor tooling performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, and extend tooling life.

2.3 Quản lý quy trình keo / Glue Process Management

• Xây dựng, ban hành và duy trì tiêu chuẩn sử dụng keo trong toàn bộ nhà máy. Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide glue application standards.
• Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn về loại keo, phương pháp sử dụng, định lượng và thời gian ép. Define glue specifications, application methods, glue quantity, and pressing parameters.
• Kiểm tra định kỳ việc tuân thủ quy trình sử dụng keo tại các xưởng sản xuất.
  Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with glue application standards.
• Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên sản xuất về quy trình sử dụng keo đúng tiêu chuẩn. Provide training and guidance to production employees on proper glue application procedures.
• Phân tích và xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng liên quan đến quy trình dán keo.
  Investigate glue-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.

2.4 Cải tiến quy trình & Giải pháp kỹ thuật / Process Improvement & Industrial Solutions

• Chủ động đề xuất các ý tưởng cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất và hiệu quả sản xuất. Initiate improvement ideas to enhance manufacturing productivity and operational efficiency.
• Phân tích các điểm nghẽn trong quá trình sản xuất và đưa ra giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp.
  Analyze production bottlenecks and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Triển khai các dự án Lean, Kaizen và các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục. Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Chuẩn hóa quy trình làm việc nhằm giảm lãng phí và tối ưu hóa chi phí sản xuất. Standardize production processes to eliminate waste and optimize manufacturing costs.

2.5  Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật sản xuất / Production Engineering Support

• Hỗ trợ các bộ phận sản xuất xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
  Provide technical support to production teams in resolving manufacturing issues.
• Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và triển khai các biện pháp khắc phục lâu dài.
  Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Tham gia đánh giá và triển khai các thay đổi về quy trình hoặc tooling.
  Support engineering changes related to manufacturing processes and tooling.
