Tìm kiếm, phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ với chủ sở hữu có nhu cầu bán/cho thuê căn hộ.

Tìm kiếm, xử lý và theo dõi khách hàng tiềm năng có nhu cầu mua căn hộ, biệt thự.

Tư vấn và giới thiệu các dịch vụ bất động sản, bao gồm căn hộ/biệt thự mới và đã qua sử dụng.

Hỗ trợ và đóng góp vào các hoạt động marketing, xây dựng nội dung và tài liệu quảng bá.

Khảo sát, thu thập và cập nhật thông tin về sản phẩm mới nhất và xu hướng thị trường.

Quản lý
Tuyển dụng và quản lý đội ngũ kinh doanh.

Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ nhân viên kinh doanh mới.

Duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác với các chủ đầu tư bất động sản.

Báo cáo và cập nhật tình hình kinh doanh, danh sách khách hàng tiềm năng.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Công ty.

Sales

- Find, develop and maintain relationship with homeowners wanting to sell/lease their apartments/villas.

- Find, handle and follow up with potential property buyers for apartments/villas.

- Consult and introduce real estate services plus new and resale apartments/villas to customers.

- Support and contribute to marketing activities, content and materials.

- Survey, collect and update information on latest product and market trends.

Sales management

- Recruit and manage a sales team.

- Mentor, teach and train new sales employees.

- Maintain working relationship with real estate developers.

- Report and update sales activities with leads/customers.

- Take on other responsibilities as required and assigned by the Company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng.

• Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh căn hộ/biệt thự và mua bán lại bất động sản trên thị trường thứ cấp.

• Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ kinh doanh bất động sản.

• Sẵn sàng tham gia các sự kiện kết nối, giao lưu kinh doanh và xã hội ngoài giờ làm việc khi cần.

• Sẵn sàng gặp gỡ khách hàng vào cuối tuần.

• Chủ động và có trách nhiệm trong việc hoàn thành chỉ tiêu kinh doanh cá nhân và nhóm.

• Năng động, có tinh thần tự giác, linh hoạt, làm việc nhóm tốt.

• Tiếng Anh tốt, có khả năng làm việc với khách hàng nước ngoài.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc.

Quyền Lợi

• Thu nhập cơ bản từ 10.000.000 - 13.000.000 VNĐ (tùy theo kinh nghiệm).

• Hoa hồng từ doanh số cá nhân + hoa hồng quản lý từ doanh số nhóm.

• Hỗ trợ hành chính trong giao dịch và cung cấp thông tin sản phẩm.

Job Requirement

- University or College Degree

- Minimum 3 years’ experience on apartment/villa sales AND reselling properties in the secondary market

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a real estate sales team

- Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business and social activities outside of regular working hours.

- Willingness to meet customers for work on weekends.

- Take initiative and responsibility for assigned sales targets (individual and team).

- Pro-active, self-motivated, flexible, good team spirit

- Good English proficiency to handle foreign customers

- Excellent interpersonal skills
