- Lead and supervise the marketing team (content, design, digital).

- Plan and implement marketing strategies for website, social media, and digital campaigns.

- Work closely with content writers and graphic designers to ensure visual and messaging consistency.

- Review and provide feedback on design files (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) to ensure brand alignment.

- Guide the team in producing high-quality creative assets (banners, videos, landing pages...).

- Apply AI tools to streamline the creative process and improve performance.

- Manage and update website content in coordination with developers/designers.

- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to optimize results.

- From 27 to 40 years old

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or relevant fields.

- Excellent written and spoken English & Vietnamese.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and advertising trends.

- Proven ability to use AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, VideoExpress.AI, Midjourney, etc.).

- Ability to read, understand, and work with design files (e.g., PSD, AI, Figma) and coordinate effectively with designers.

- Proficient in design applications such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.).
