Training Planning:
- Identify training needs based on performance data analysis and employee feedback
- Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills
Data Analysis:
- Collect, process, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide reports and trend analyses to improve training processes and personnel development
Evaluation and Improvement:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements when necessary
- Monitor and report on KPI indicators related to training and personnel development
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training, coaching and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in working for finances company is preferred.
- Have good presentation, Training plan and training skill
- Experience in team management is an advantage.
- Willing for business trip
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with new knowledge in training and data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Dynamic, Teamwork, high responsibility.
