      Job Description

      • Quản lý, giám sát, sắp xếp điều chỉnh nguyên liệu sản xuất đảm bảo đạt được KHSX - KH xuất hàng
      • Tham gia cải tiến nâng cao hiệu suất dây chuyền, hiệu quả sử dụng nhân lực
      • Phối hợp cùng các BP nâng cao FPY, giảm thiểu scrap
      • Giám sát & đôn đốc line nhanh chóng xử lí vấn đề, rút ngắn downtime
      • Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo nhân sự đa năng, linh hoạt, poka yoke
      • Đảm bảo môi trường làm việc an toàn bằng RA, đào tạo, follow giám sát & cải tiến triệt tiêu rủi ro

      Job Requirement

      • Hiểu quy trình sản xuất, công nghệ sản xuất
      • Các chỉ số: SDQCP, OEE, Takt time, Cycle time, FPY, Scrap rate…
      • Problem solving (5Why, Fishbone)
      • Lean – 5S – Kaizen
      • Sử dụng: MES, SAP, Excel
      • Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
      • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và tổ chức công việc
      • Sử dụng: MES, SAP (nếu có), Excel
      • Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 3 năm trong môi trường sản xuất (ưu tiên ngành pin/ô tô/điện tử)
      • Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm làm tổ trưởng ,trưởng nhóm /leader line, Group Leader
      • Có kinh nghiệm vận hành hoặc quản lý dây chuyền tự động / bán tự động
