- Manage and take responsibility for the work of their department.

- Handle and take responsibility on QC/QA every day

- Take responsibility and answer questions about the results you return

- Do validation, deploy new tests, new projects.

- Report the progress of probation and participate evaluate capacity with Lab Manager.

- Manage all tech labs under Lab Manager

- Control the work of tech labs every day

- Divide work, schedule personnel according to job details in your department.

- Complete all monitoring records at lab, IQC, Equipment, biosafety... according to ISO 15189:2022, criterion 2429.

- University degree in Medical Laboratory Technology

- At least 3-year experience working in lab management in medical laboratory, understand the principles of machine operation, have operated automated, semi-auto testing system, prevention, and control of risks throughout the testing process

- Can communication (both in Vietnamese and English) 

- Good MS Office skills

- Skills: dynamic, learning, teamwork
