2.     Quản lý đội ngũ/Team Management

Ø Quản lý, phân công và đánh giá hiệu suất đội ngũ kỹ thuật/

Manage, assign tasks, and evaluate engineering team performance

Ø Xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa/

Build succession planning for key positions

Ø Đào tạo, huấn luyện và phát triển nhân sự/

Training, coaching, and development team members

3.   Quản lý dự án & cải tiến/Project & Improvement Management

Ø Tham gia và dẫn dắt các dự án cải tiến, tự động hóa/

Lead and participate in improvement and automation projects

Ø Phối hợp với các nhà máy khác trong các dự án liên vùng/

Collaborate with other factories on cross-site projects

Ø Triển khai các giải pháp Smart Factory/

Implement Smart Factory initiatives

4.     Chiến lược & phát triển/Strategy & Development

Ø Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển kỹ thuật dài hạn/

Develop long-term engineering strategies

Ø Định hướng công nghệ và cải tiến hệ thống/

Drive technology roadmap and system improvements 

Ø Đảm bảo tính đổi mới và sáng tạo trong vận hành/

II.  Yêu cầu

* Trình độ/Education:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành: Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa, Điện công nghiệp hoặc tương đương / Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Electrical Engineering, or related fields

* Kinh nghiệm/Experience

- Có 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương /2–3 years of experience in similar positions

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm kỹ thuật / Experience in managing engineering teams 

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhà xưởng, facility, utility / Experience in factory, facility, and utility management

- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và tư duy chiến lược/ Strong leadership and strategic thinking 

- Tư duy mở, chủ động và sáng tạo (ownership cao)/ Open mindset, proactive, and high ownership

- Kỹ năng đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự/ Training and people development skills

- Khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm và phối hợp đa nhà máy/ Ability to work across multiple factories/projects 

- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, nhiệt huyết và dám nhận trách nhiệm/ High responsibility, passion, and accountability

Ngoại ngữ : có thể giao tiếp tiếng anh (ưu tiên)
