Trưởng phòng hỗ trợ sản xuất thầu phụ

Chức năng /Functions:

-   Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động Production Process (PP) và Production Support (PS) của VFR5 theo từng nhóm sản phẩm (Wood – Non‑Wood (kim loai) – Stone - Service); đảm bảo theo dõi tiến độ, chất lượng, xử lý kỹ thuật, hỗ trợ sản xuất tại subcontractor; điều phối nhóm PP/PS nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu về leadtime, chất lượng và hiệu suất theo tiêu chuẩn VFR.

Manage all Production Process (PP) and Production Support (PS) activities within VFR5 for each product group (Wood – Non‑Wood (metal) – Stone – Service); ensure production progress tracking, quality monitoring, technical support, and issue handling at subcontractors; coordinate PP/PS teams to meet VFR standards on lead time, quality, and operational efficiency.

Trách nhiệm và bổn phận/Responsibilities and Duties

-    Giám sát hoạt động của các Production Process Supervisors (M1) theo từng nhóm sản phẩm./Supervise Production Process Supervisors (M1) across all product groups.

-    Kiểm soát quy trình sản xuất tại subcontractors: chuẩn bị, cắt – lắp – sơn, lắp ráp, đóng gói./Monitor production processes at subcontractors: preparation, machining, assembly, finishing, packing. 

-    Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn SOP, kỹ thuật và chất lượng VFR./Ensure compliance with VFR SOPs, technical specs, and quality standards.

-    Phân công nhân sự PS theo từng subcontractor và từng nhóm Wood/Non‑Wood/Stone../Assign PS staff to subcontractors based on product group needs.

-    Theo dõi tình hình sản xuất hàng ngày tại các nhà cung cấp và cập nhật tiến độ cho Quản lý Sản xuất thông qua các báo cáo tóm tắt hàng ngày../Track daily production status at suppliers and update progress to the Production Manager daily with summary reporting.

-    Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh tại hiện trường cùng PS: thiếu vật tư, lỗi kỹ thuật, sửa mẫu…./Support issue resolution at site: material shortage, technical problems, sample correction, ..etc.

-    Phối hợp với QA để kiểm soát chất lượng theo từng công đoạn./Coordinate with QA for quality control throughout production stages.

-    Đảm bảo xử lý dứt điểm lỗi, đề xuất cải tiến kỹ thuật cho subcontractors../Ensure effective troubleshooting and propose technical improvements to subcontractors.

-    Lập kế hoạch chuẩn bị mẫu tiền sản xuất cho các chương trình gia công thuê ngoài; giám sát quy trình phê duyệt mẫu, kiểm tra trong quá trình sản xuất và kiểm tra lần cuối../Prepare Pre-production samples plans for new programs that are outsourced, oversee sample approval, inline inspection, and final inspection processes.

-    Kết nối thông tin giữa PP/PS, Admin, Pricing/Sourcing, QA và Production Manager../Facilitate communication between PP/PS, Admin, Pricing/Sourcing, QA, and Production Manager.

-    Là đầu mối xử lý khi có sự cố liên quan đến kỹ thuật – tiến độ – chất lượng../Act as the escalation point for technical, progress, or quality‑related issues.

-    Quản lý trực tiếp toàn bộ PP Supervisors (M1) và PS staff (P2)../Directly manage all PP Supervisors (M1) and PS staff (P2).

-    Đánh giá hiệu suất, xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo và cải thiện năng lực đội ngũ../Evaluate performance and create training plans to enhance team capability.

-    Đảm bảo nhân sự vận hành đúng vai trò và tuân thủ SOP../Ensure all team members follow SOPs and operate effectively.

-    Đề xuất cải tiến để giảm lỗi, giảm thời gian sản xuất và tối ưu chi phí../Propose improvements to reduce defects, shorten production time, and optimize cost.

-    Đảm bảo quy trình PP/PS đáp ứng mục tiêu OTD../Ensure PP/PS processes support OTD performance goals.

Các chỉ số hoạt động chính /Key Performance Indicators

-    Tỷ lệ giao hàng đúng hạn (OTD)./On‑time delivery (OTD).

-    Tỷ lệ lỗi sản xuất tại subcontractors./Production defect rate.

-    Thời gian xử lý issue tại hiện trường./Issue‑resolution lead time.

-    Hiệu quả phối hợp PP/PS – QA – Admin – PM../PP/PS coordination efficiency.

- Mức độ cải tiến quy trình qua từng quý..Quarterly process improvement performance

Yêu cầu công việc /Job requirement

1     Yêu cầu chung/General requirements

-    Lãnh đạo tốt, điều phối tốt, tư duy hệ thống.
Strong leadership, coordination, and system thinking.

-    Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề nhanh & chính xác.
Strong problem‑solving ability.

-    Giao tiếp tốt với subcontractors và nội bộ.
Good communication with subcontractors and internal teams.

-    Chịu được áp lực cao.
Able to work under high pressure.

2    Giáo dục và Đào tạo/Education and Training

Đại học các ngành kỹ thuật, sản xuất, quản lý công nghiệp hoặc tương đương.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields.

3    Kinh nghiệm và trình độ/Experience and Qualification

-    Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất hoặc giám sát sản xuất.
At least 5 years of experience in production or production supervision.

-    Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý team PP/PS hoặc tương đương.
Minimum 2 years of managing PP/PS or similar teams.

-    Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhiều nhóm sản phẩm (Wood/Non‑Wood/Stone).
Experience with multi‑product categories is a strong advantage.

4    Kỹ năng và khả năng khác/Skills and other abilities

-    Hiểu quy trình sản xuất nội thất & tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
Strong knowledge of furniture production processes & technical specs.

-    Thành thạo Excel, báo cáo tiến độ, theo dõi sản xuất.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and production tracking.

-    Kỹ năng phân tích & triển khai cải tiến.
Analytical and continuous‑improvement skills.

-    Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng AI để giải quyết các vấn đề chung và xác thực thông tin.

Familiarity with using AI for general problem solving and information verification.

-    Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt phục vụ công việc.
Good English communication for work.
