• Quản lý và điều hành phòng Kỹ thuật Phát triển Sản phẩm, đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và hiệu quả của các dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới.
  Lead and manage the Technical Development Department to ensure the successful delivery of new product development projects in terms of quality, timeline, and efficiency.
• Lãnh đạo đội ngũ xây dựng bản vẽ kỹ thuật, BOM phát triển và BOM báo giá cho các sản phẩm nội thất cao cấp.
  Lead the team in developing technical drawings, engineering BOMs, and costing BOMs for high-end furniture products.
• Đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật, vật liệu và quy trình sản xuất nhằm tối ưu chi phí, nâng cao chất lượng và khả năng sản xuất.
  Drive technical solutions, material selection, and manufacturing methods to optimize cost, improve quality, and enhance manufacturability.
• Thiết lập và chuẩn hóa tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn vật liệu, dung sai sản phẩm và thư viện kết cấu phục vụ sản xuất.
  Establish and standardize engineering standards, material specifications, product tolerances, and construction libraries for production.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với R&D, Production, QC, Purchasing và các phòng ban liên quan để đưa sản phẩm từ giai đoạn phát triển đến sản xuất hàng loạt.
  Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, QC, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from product development to mass production.
• Đảm bảo các sản phẩm mới đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn kiểm định quốc tế và sẵn sàng cho sản xuất.
  Ensure all new products comply with international testing standards and are ready for production.
• Quản lý việc bàn giao sản phẩm, tài liệu kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình sản xuất.
  Oversee product handover, technical documentation, and provide engineering support to resolve production issues.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Cơ khí, Công nghệ hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
• Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất nội thất cao cấp xuất khẩu.
  Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end export furniture manufacturing.
• Có ít nhất 05 năm ở vị trí Technical Development Manager, Engineering Manager hoặc vị trí tương đương.
  At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Development Manager, Engineering Manager, or equivalent.
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ từ 10 nhân sự trở lên.
  Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
• Có kinh nghiệm về phát triển sản phẩm, kết cấu sản phẩm, BOM, costing và tối ưu chi phí sản xuất.
  Strong knowledge of product development, product construction, BOM management, costing, and production cost optimization.
• Thành thạo AutoCAD, Inventor hoặc các phần mềm thiết kế kỹ thuật tương đương.
  Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent engineering design software.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh trong công việc.
  Good English communication skills.
• Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý dự án, giải quyết vấn đề và phối hợp đa phòng ban.
  Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Có kinh nghiệm phát triển sản phẩm cho thị trường Mỹ, Châu Âu hoặc các thương hiệu nội thất quốc tế.
  Experience developing products for the US, European markets, or international furniture brands.
• Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn kiểm định quốc tế đối với sản phẩm nội thất.
  Knowledge of international testing standards for furniture products.
• Có kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu vật liệu mới và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
  Experience in new material development and manufacturing process improvement.
