- Nhận thông tin đơn hàng và các yêu cầu khác từ khách hàng, tương tác với các phòng ban nội bộ để đảm bảo hàng hóa đầy đủ và đáp ứng các nhu cầu của khách hàng 

-  Receive order information and other requests from customers, interact with internal departments to ensure adequate goods and meet customer needs.    

- Thực hiện các yêu cầu nhập dữ liệu trên hệ thống khách hàng GSRM và hệ thống nội bộ ERP, MES/  

- Perform data entry requirements on the customer’s GSRM system and internal systems such as ERP and MES.

- Thực hiện kiểm tra tồn kho và các thủ tục giao hàng xuất khẩu  

- Conduct inventory checks and handle export shipping procedures.  

- Cập nhật giá hàng tháng hoặc khi phát sinh, giải quyết các vấn đề khiếu nại từ khách hàng.  

- Update prices monthly or AS needed, and resolve customer complaints.

- Giới thiệu về profile công ty và giới thiệu dây chuyền sản xuất cho khách hàng    

- Introduce the company profile and show the production line to the customer.  

- Lưu trữ các thông tin, hồ sơ kinh doanh bản cứng và bản mềm  

- Maintain business information and records in both hard and soft copies

- Trình độ thành thạo tiếng anh, có thể hỗ trợ phiên dịch khi họp trực tiếp với khách hàng

- Thành thạo Word, exel, PPT, sử dụng hệ thống ERP 

- Lương deal theo năng lực
