- Qualification: BA or Master (preferred). Major: Economic, Banking, Marketing, Technology
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience at similar position at e-commerce companies, Digital Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech, Edutech, Insutech, etc.
- Language: English (Fluent in Listenning - Speaking - Reading - Writing)
- Understanding the company's products, services, and policies: Deep understanding of products and services of the Consumer Finance and Banking Sector
