Job Description

JOB TARGET:

- Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all product development activities, including market needs assessment, product design, feature optimization, operational policy development, and cross-functional execution. Ensures that products align with business strategy, drive revenue growth, and deliver superior customer experience.

- Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all activities to POS Loan acquisition Unit, including but not limited to managing and developing all sales channels, optimizing processes, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with product-related procedures and rules, and collaborating with relevant units to enhance brand awareness and implement sales, promotion, and installment programs to increase usage rates and improve customer experience for credit card and revolving credit products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) POS Loan product strategy & portfolio growth

  • Define and execute the product roadmap and commercial strategy for POS Loan products
  • Drive portfolio growth, customer acquisition, activation, and profitability performance
  • Develop differentiated product value propositions aligned with customer and merchant needs
  • Continuously optimize pricing, loan limits, approval flow, and product competitiveness

2) Merchant ecosystem & customer journey

  • Enhance end-to-end customer journey across POS financing touchpoints
  • Collaborate with merchant ecosystem partners to strengthen embedded lending solutions
  • Optimize conversion funnel, onboarding experience, and sales channel effectiveness
  • Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral insights to improve product delivery

3) Product performance & business optimization

  • Monitor product KPIs, profitability, portfolio quality, and business performance
  • Lead pilot initiatives related to pricing, process optimization, and sales performance improvement
  • Drive data-driven decisions to maximize portfolio efficiency and customer value

4) Cross-functional leadership

  • Work closely with Risk, Data, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment between business growth, risk control, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ecosystem partners to support product expansion

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product management, lending business, POS financing, or consumer finance
  • Strong understanding of:
    • POS lending
    • Merchant financing
    • Embedded finance ecosystem
    • Customer lifecycle management
  • Experience in banking, fintech, BNPL, consumer finance, or retail financing is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing product performance and profitability
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
  • Fluent English communication is preferred
