Job Description

JOB TARGET:

- Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all product development activities, including market needs assessment, product design, feature optimization, operational policy development, and cross-functional execution. Ensures that products align with business strategy, drive revenue growth, and deliver superior customer experience.

- Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all activities to X-sell Cash Loan acquisition Unit, including but not limited to managing and developing all sales channels, optimizing processes, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with product-related procedures and rules, and collaborating with relevant units to enhance brand awareness and implement sales, promotion, and installment programs to increase usage rates and improve customer experience for credit card and revolving credit products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) X-sell product strategy & lifecycle monetization

  • Define and execute cross-sell cash loan product strategies for existing customer portfolios
  • Drive portfolio growth through customer segmentation, personalized offers, and lifecycle optimization
  • Build scalable lending propositions to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Continuously optimize approval flow, pricing, limits, and offer strategy

2) Customer value management & analytics

  • Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and segmentation models to improve conversion and utilization
  • Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to develop targeted acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns
  • Monitor customer journey performance and optimize offer delivery effectiveness

3) Portfolio performance & growth optimization

  • Manage portfolio profitability, usage performance, and product KPIs
  • Lead pilot programs related to pricing, process optimization, and customer engagement strategies
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to improve business outcomes and portfolio quality

4) Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with Risk, Data, Technology, CRM, Operations, and Sales teams
  • Ensure product growth strategies align with risk appetite and operational scalability
  • Coordinate implementation and optimization initiatives with ecosystem partners and vendors

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in consumer lending, product management, CRM/CVM, or retail banking products
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Cross-sell lending
    • Customer lifecycle management
    • CRM/CVM strategies
    • Portfolio monetization
  • Experience in consumer finance, banking, fintech, or digital lending is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer segmentation and portfolio performance management
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability
  • Fluent English communication is preferred
