JOB TARGET:
This role is responsible for developing scalable cross-sell lending products, customer segmentation strategies, personalized lending propositions, and lifecycle engagement programs to drive customer value and sustainable portfolio growth.
You will work at the intersection of Product, CRM/CVM, Data Analytics, Risk, Marketing, and Digital Sales to unlock customer value through intelligent lending strategies and optimized customer journeys.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) X-sell product strategy & lifecycle monetization
- Define and execute cross-sell cash loan product strategies for existing customer portfolios
- Drive portfolio growth through customer segmentation, personalized offers, and lifecycle optimization
- Build scalable lending propositions to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value (LTV)
- Continuously optimize approval flow, pricing, limits, and offer strategy
2) Customer value management & analytics
- Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and segmentation models to improve conversion and utilization
- Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to develop targeted acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns
- Monitor customer journey performance and optimize offer delivery effectiveness
3) Portfolio performance & growth optimization
- Manage portfolio profitability, usage performance, and product KPIs
- Lead pilot programs related to pricing, process optimization, and customer engagement strategies
- Drive data-driven decision-making to improve business outcomes and portfolio quality
4) Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with Risk, Data, Technology, CRM, Operations, and Sales teams
