URGENT – Quality Lead (ISO & HSE)

• Lead Quality Department ‘s activities covering such quality system management standards of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 45001 and other management systems if any as per regional quality strategy direction.
• Maintain the accreditation status of quality systems meeting up the required deadlines.
• Work with department heads & regional team to ensure all internal audits are carried out in highly executed manner.
• Work with department heads to ensure safety practices in the entity are met with local statutory.
• Lead & support the local Designation & Operation Registration in accordance with local statutory.
• Initiate & implement all safety & quality related internal trainings as per planned.
• Coordinate with regional quality team to implement regional quality initiatives.
• Provide consistent quality reports to both regional ASEAN Quality Head and local Corp. Rep Director.
• Any other QA related tasks to be assigned by RO.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Safety Management or any Engineering based.
• At least  4- 6 years in relevant experience
• Possess strong working knowledge on ISO/IEC 17025, ISO Standards, National Accreditation Bureau (BoA)’s Vietnam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (VILAS) requirements, etc.
• Experience and strong knowledge of quality management systems and international quality, safety standards preferred
• Excellent organization, problem-solving & communication skills
• Good at English in communication
• A mature team player with self-disciplined and results-driven mindset
• Prior experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) will be an advantage.
