UX/UI Designer

1. About Rich POS

Rich POS is a leading platform for nail salon management, providing solutions for appointment booking, payments, customer management, and revenue optimization. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to enhance user experience and make our system more intuitive, user-friendly, and professional.

2. Job Responsibilities

- Design UI/UX for Rich POS web and mobile platforms.

- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final UI designs.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to optimize user experience and UI/UX.

- Build and maintain a design system and product guidelines.

- Perform A/B testing, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the product.

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and implement them in the product.

At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Experience in UI/UX design for web/mobile applications and responsive design.

Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and building design systems.

Understanding of the product design process, from user research to final UI.

Creativity, logical thinking, and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred: Experience with SaaS, POS, or business management systems.
