Job Description

Strategic Planning & Market Leadership:

• Develop, advise, and consult with the BUD on setting objectives, development orientations, and business strategies for the H&A channel at the Hanoi branch.

• Expand, maintain, and sustainably develop effective relationships with VIGO’s customers and partners.

• Report to the BUD on the current business situation as well as factors that may affect costs and the overall business strategy.

Market Analysis and Forecasting for Business Planning:

• Monitor business performance and specifically evaluate the sales revenue of the assigned region.

• Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; analyze markets, forecast trends, and provide orientation.

• Continuously update on market conditions and new products.

• Develop detailed sales plans for each stage and customer segment.

• Establish sales processes, sales policies, and promotional programs.

Operations & Team Management:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Hanoi branch team.

• Recruit, train, develop, and monitor staff performance.

• Motivate and build team spirit, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Branding & Culture:

• Act as the company’s representative in Hanoi, communicating the vision, mission, and core values to employees and partners.

• Ensure consistency in implementing trade, marketing, and brand communication activities at the branch.

Reporting & Governance:

• Prepare and submit periodic business reports to the BUD, covering sales, expenses, and factors influencing strategy.

• Propose initiatives to improve business efficiency, optimize costs, and increase profitability.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the BUD.

Job Requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical & cosmetics industry, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.

Foreign Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (both 4 skills).

Years of Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry like Head of Key Accounts, E-commerce Director, or Director of Business Development.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus.
