Our team works with leading Beauty, FMCG, and Lifestyle brands on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

We're looking for a passionate Video Content Creator Intern who loves creating short-form content and wants to build a long-term career in content creation and social commerce. During this 3-month full-time internship, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on real campaigns for well-known brands. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to become full-time team members.

What You'll Do

• Turn content direction from the Social Media team into engaging short-form video ideas and concepts.
• Brainstorm creative content angles that align with brand objectives and current social media trends.
• Write scripts and storyboards for TikTok, Reels, and other short-form video formats.
• Collaborate with Production team to plan, film, and produce short-form videos.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut or similar editing software.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok, to generate fresh content ideas.

Who We're Looking For

• Final-year university students who are available for a full-time, 3-month internship, or fresh graduates looking to start a career in content creation.
• Passionate about social media, short-form videos, and digital content.
• Strong creativity with good storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Basic experience using video editing tools such as CapCut (or similar software).
• Responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio of personal, academic, or freelance content projects is a plus.
