Vietnamese–English Interpreter & Translator

The successful candidate will work closely with management, production teams, procurement, logistics, and external partners to ensure accurate and effective cross-language communication.

• Provide real-time interpretation (Vietnamese ⇄ English) during meetings, factory discussions, supplier negotiations, and operational reviews

• Translate technical documents, contracts, SOPs, production reports, purchase orders, and internal communications

• Support communication between foreign management and Vietnamese staff across departments

• Assist in interpreting manufacturing processes, production planning discussions, and quality control meetings

• Ensure terminology consistency in technical and operational documentation

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Advanced interpretation and translation skills (Vietnamese ⇄ English)

• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment

• Strong understanding of manufacturing terminology (e.g., procurement, logistics, production planning, quality control, technical drawings, etc.)

• Ability to interpret complex operational discussions accurately and in real time

• Strong written communication skills in both languages

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational awareness

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
