Job Description

Visual Content Creator — Part-time / Freelance

Company Overview:

We are a sourcing and procurement company supporting international clients with supplier selection, product development, and logistics coordination. Our work involves conducting due-diligence on manufacturers, overseeing production runs, and ultimately helping our clients build stronger supply chains for their business.

As a growing business, our processes are still evolving. This role requires someone who is adaptable, focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

This is a field-based content role, not a studio role. You’ll be joining our team on field trips to factories, showrooms, trade expos, and more, documenting the work that we do along the way.

We are looking for a photographer/videographer who can think documentary-style — capturing both authentic moments and the story behind them — and who is also comfortable producing short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and brand storytelling pieces from the footage captured.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Accompany the team to factories, showrooms, and trade expos for on-site photo and video coverage

  • Document the team's working process: product evaluation, goods inspection, factory visits, trade show visits

  • Perform basic editing after each shoot — photo (color grading, exposure, cropping) and video (cutting, color, export)

  • Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and brand storytelling pieces from captured footage

  • Organize and store files by project

Benefits:

  • Per-session / per-project compensation

  • Allowance for editing software needed for the job

  • Real field exposure at factories, trade expos, and showrooms — insights into manufacturing and various product industries

  • Direct collaboration with the company's founder (American manager)

  • Long-term growth opportunity - we'd love for someone to grow with us, not just shoot and go

Job Requirement

Preferred Experience:

  • Undergraduate / fresher accepted

  • Portfolio or examples of past work required

  • Prior experience producing promotional content for businesses is a plus

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Comfortable shooting in natural light, warehouse environments, and outdoors

  • Proficient in basic photo and video editing (Lightroom / Premiere Pro / CapCut / equivalent)

  • Strong observational instincts - able to recognize and capture candid, authentic momen

  • Access to own photo/video equipment preferred; gear arrangements discussed case-by-case

  • Highly flexible schedule — able to move with the team's calendar, including occasional weekends during trade expos

  • Organized with file management and project folders

  • Oral English at pre-intermediate level preferred (not strictly required); reading and writing can be assisted by AI
