Visual Merchandise Executive

Brands: Tommy Hilfiger & Polo Ralph Lauren

• Roll-out of all new seasonal launches, and product rotation according to the VM calendar.
• Integrate the newness on display upon receipt and update display standard based on sales trends after discussion with the store leader and VMM.
• Ensure maintenance through a strong brand standard presence on the sale floor, window, and frequent training of the store team.
• Plan the VM zoning proposal after discussion with the VMM/ Retail team.
• Work with vendor and store team to prepare the timeline for window/ visual set-up by each season.
• Prepare photo reports for submission to VMM/BM including to:
  • Monthly VM Report
  • Product/ Special capsule report
  • VM action taken based on store feedback
  • Window/ Visual installation
• Manage and maintain the VM tools inventory.
• Deliver VM updates with store team/ new member to ensure store team has a good understanding of the VM guidelines being enabled to maintain high VM standards.
• Care for all VM activities.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by BM/VMM.

• College diploma.
• English: read, hear and write at primary level.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Good Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Initiative and curiosity, willing to grow and be challenged.
