VISUAL MERCHANDISE EXECUTIVE

• Handling visual merchandise activities for Skechers Vietnam.

• Implement visual merchandise plans and seasonal launches.

• Trains others in visual presentation and merchandise handling

• Deliver development feedbacks of others to the leadership team and principles.

• Ensure visual merchandise standards for all Skechers store

• Ensures current marketing image and signage direction are implemented correctly.

• Supports the execution of the merchandise handling and replenishment processes and all aspects of visual presentation within the stores.

• Supports Operation team in fostering a positive work environment by thinking customer first, inspiring creativity, doing what’s right and delivering results.

• Recommends necessary product placement adjustments to stores.

• Timeline management

• Ensure visual merchandise & Opening report submission in timely manner as management schedule

• Visual merchandise budget management and ensure cost effectiveness

• Preferred knowledge in visual or fashion merchandising, graphic design or other arts-related fields.

• Attention to detail, creativity, organization, artistic ability, imagination and good design sense are necessary skills.

• Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong time management skills.

• Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
