Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests professionally, adhering to The Deck standards at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned by the department manager.
• Work smoothly and efficiently with restaurant and bar teams.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of The Deck’s food and beverage menu.
• Recommend and explain menu suggestions to guests.
• Follow The Deck procedures for Guest Service Experience and service sequence.
• Adhere to The Deck standards for setup, cleaning, and after-service.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions.
• Maintain excellent grooming standards and personal hygiene.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience in 4-5 star international hotels/fine dining or luxury restaurants.
