Warehouse Assistant (Hung Yen)

1. Warehouse management

- Receiving and returning (or disposing, if applicable) test samples

- Managing the storage of test samples and other equipment in warehouse (following 5S+1 rules)

- Managing packing material and consumables of warehouse

- Making coordination with local logistic companies

- Registering test samples in ComPASS

- Labelling test samples

- Reporting test sample delivery status

- Keeping chargeable batteries and other accessories in good condition

2. Facility management:

- Basic maintenance of electric system

- Air con maintenance

- Water system maintenance

- Firefighting system maintenance

3. Lab support

- Providing test samples and accessories to the lab

- Supporting preparation of test setups

- Supporting the preparation of test jigs and accessories

• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience with logistics management or technical maintenance activities.
• Intermediate English communication skills, sufficient for daily work communication.
• Due to the nature of the role, this position involves frequent manual handling, lifting, and on-site technical support activities. Candidates must be physically fit to perform these tasks.
