Warehouse Assistant Manager (3PL)

LOCATION: Maple Tree Warehouse, No. 3 Street, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong

MAIN TASKS:

Daily Operations

• Monitor all daily warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, returns) to ensure smooth operations, system accuracy, SLA compliance, and customer delivery requirements.
• Instruct, guide, and provide on-the-job training for warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs, WI, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Interact with customers to understand business requirements, order profiles, peak volumes, cut-off times, and special handling needs.
• Provide customer support during escalated situations, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and manage overall daily workflow to maintain service levels.
• Support managers in planning and organizing daily operations, manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and continuous improvement activities.

Project Development

• Participate in new project setups, including defining operational processes, standardizing procedures, and developing work instructions.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

End Results / Accountabilities

• Ensure customer KPIs and department KPIs are met.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are planned and executed according to customer requirements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Achieve operational KPIs and meet business targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree.

Professional Qualifications

• Preferably with relevant professional certifications.

Experience & Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in contract logistics or distribution center operations (3PL).
• Strong experience managing sizable teams.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Result-oriented, good business sense, and hands-on.
• Proactive, detail-minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS, and TMS.
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Can relocate to near the warehouse.
