Oversee and control daily warehouse operations efficiently and safely.
Manage and supervise warehouse staff (office staff and workers), ensuring workload efficiency.
Optimize warehouse operational costs.
Ensure team members understand their detailed scope and responsibilities.
Ensure the warehouse team understands and follows process controls.
Supply raw materials (RMs) on time to production and subcontractors.
Prevent wrong receiving or issuing of raw materials to production.
Ensure no shortages when issuing raw materials to production.
Prevent loss of raw materials.
Utilize warehouse space efficiently and keep stock organized.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager or work independently to identify root causes of issues and make proper decisions.
Backup the Warehouse Manager in delivering warehouse operations, including material gate passes, meetings, and coordination with related departments.
Solve problems related to warehouse operations.
Develop and improve warehouse process controls.
Train, coach, and develop staff.
Ensure 100% safety in warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

University or college graduated. Major in: Business Administration,Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering...
Having experience in implementing and using ERP such as Microsoft Dynamic 365/SAP
Fluent in English
