Warehouse Officer (Factory Background)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, to support production and logistics activities. The role focuses on inventory control, warehouse organization, cost efficiency, and safety compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, issuing, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.

• Control inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation; monitor material availability for production.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to inventory and warehouse activities.

• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries.

• Monitor warehouse operating costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff; ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company regulations.

• Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and safety issues.

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Company shuttle bus is provided for the Binh Duong – Tay Ninh route.

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and reporting tools is required
• Proficient in English communication
• Ability to work with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under high-pressure environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track and analyze warehouse performance metrics.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.
