Warehouse Operation Associate (VLSC)

The Warehouse Operation Associate is responsible for overseeing the efficient receiving, storage, and movement of products. This role focuses on designing and developing effective storage and handling systems to optimize warehouse operations. Additionally, the position involves managing and leading warehouse staff to ensure smooth and productive workflows.

Key Responsibilities& KPIs

1.Manage warehouse operations strategically in compliance with company policies and vision.

2.Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance to ensure efficient space utilization.

3.Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

4.Adhere to all warehousing, handling legislation requirements

5.Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

6.Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system

7.Prepare annual budget

8.Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport team

9.Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

10.Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)

11.Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply chain management or Business Administration

1.3-5 Year experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain field, of which 3 years in a managerial role.

2.Experience in warehouse operation and supply chain protocols.

3.Experience in the multi-temperature distribution center or in warehousing operation.

4.Language: Good in English & Vietnamese

5.Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

6.Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

7.Leadership skills and ability to manage staff

8.Excellent communication skills
