WAREHOUSE PART LEADER

Manage all warehouse operations: inbound – outbound – inventory.
Work with IT team Develop warehouse management system for company
Control warehouse documents (receiving/delivery notes, PO, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize and assign tasks to 3 warehouse workers and 1 data entry staff.\
Develop and improve warehouse management processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Monitor actual stock quantity, reconcile with Excel data, and report regularly to the Management Board.
Ensure materials (mechanical parts, bearings…) are arranged systematically, safely, and easy to control.
Coordinate with related departments (SCM, production, accounting) to solve arising issues.

College/University degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
At lease 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in mechanical or industrial manufacturing.
Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP/MES software is an advantage.
Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
High responsibility, carefulness, and integrity.
