Warehouse Specialist

Who We Are:

• We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily work management of warehouse materials and semi-finished products and handling of abnormal events
• Make work plan according to the receiving and issuing situation, summarize and analyze the problems in the work and improve them
• Organize the inventory of goods and equipment in the warehouse on a quarterly basis to ensure the consistency of cards, accounts and materials
• Regularly report to the manager the situation of scrap and sluggish finished products and offer suggestions to prevent dead stock

• High school or above; Good spoken English or Chinese is a must
• Proficient with Microsoft office, e.g. Outlook, Excel, word, etc.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in warehouse management
• SAP definitely is an extra but strong advantage 
• Good communication capability, strong MBO mindset and sense of security
