      Job Description

      • Quản lý và điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động nhập kho, xuất kho, lưu trữ và vận chuyển hàng hóa.
      • Đảm bảo hàng tồn kho được quản lý chính xác, thực hiện đúng nguyên tắc FIFO và duy trì mức tồn kho phù hợp.
      • Giám sát việc sắp xếp, bảo quản hàng hóa, vật tư và hóa chất theo đúng quy định an toàn.
      • Quản lý, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân viên kho nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động và tuân thủ quy trình.
      • Kiểm soát chứng từ, dữ liệu tồn kho và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất.
      • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, 5S, môi trường, ISO và các yêu cầu của công ty.
      • Đề xuất và triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý kho và tối ưu chi phí vận hành.
      • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
      • Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, storage, inventory control, and logistics operations.
      • Ensure inventory is accurately managed, FIFO principles are properly implemented, and appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
      • Supervise the storage, handling, and preservation of goods, materials, and chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
      • Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established procedures.
      • Control inventory records, warehouse documentation, and inventory data; coordinate with relevant departments to support production requirements.
      • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, ISO standards, and company policies.
      • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse management efficiency and optimize operating costs.
      • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

      Job Requirement

      • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các ngành Logistics, Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
      • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kho vận, quản lý kho hoặc vị trí tương đương; ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhân sự.
      • Am hiểu nghiệp vụ quản lý kho, kiểm soát tồn kho, logistics và các quy trình xuất nhập hàng.
      • Có kỹ năng quản lý, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức công việc và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả.
      • Thành thạo Excel và các hệ thống ERP/MRP hoặc phần mềm quản lý kho.
      • Có khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận liên quan.
      • Đọc hiểu tiếng Anh phục vụ công việc; có chứng chỉ quản lý kho hoặc giấy phép xe nâng là một lợi thế.
      • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
      • At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or a similar role; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
      • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, and inbound/outbound material flows.
      • Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
      • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
      • Ability to read and understand English documentation; warehouse management certification and/or a forklift operator license will be considered an advantage.
