Job Responsibilities and Objectives/ 岗位职责与目标:

• Responsible for personnel management and daily work arrangements for the Inbound Team, In-Stock Team, and Outbound Team;/ 负责入库组、库存组及出库组的人员管理及日常工作安排；
• Implement standard operating procedures and be accountable for operational performance results; 执行标准操作流程，并对运营绩效结果负责；
• Organize regular learning and training for employees to enhance the team's operational capabilities; 定期组织员工学习与培训，提升团队的运营能力；
• Propose improvement plans for operational anomalies, propose system requirements, optimize operational processes, and follow up on implementation and improvement results;/ 针对运营异常提出改进方案，提出系统需求，优化运营流程，并跟进实施及改进效果
• Continuously optimize warehouse costs and improve operational efficiency./ 持续优化仓储成本，提高运营效率。

Requirements/ 任职要求

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or supply chain logistics, with demonstrated management capabilities;/ 具备3年以上仓储管理或供应链物流相关经验，并具备一定的管理能力；
• Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language;/ 具备良好的中文听说读写能力，能够以中文作为工作语言；
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently;/ 具备良好的沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力；
• Proficient in using office software./ 熟练使用办公软件。
