Warehouse supervisor

- Develop and maintain effective warehouse management processes, including warehousing, warehouse delivery, and periodic inventory.

- Organize the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse in accordance with the company's warehouse management policies and procedures.

- Carry out the storage of goods in accordance with current regulations, and also establish and monitor work processes and security methods to keep goods in the warehouse safe.

- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure there are enough goods to meet customer needs without causing excess or shortage.

- Periodically conduct inventory and then compare with data on the SAP management system.

- Analyze inventory data

- Prepare shipping docs base on customers’ requirement and factory demand

- Train and develop the warehouse team

- Assign tasks to team members

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        5+ years of experience 

·        Experience with SAP system

·        Computer literate

·        Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one task / project at a time prioritizing accordingly.
