Job Description

Daily operations Oversee receiving, storage, kitting, shipping to ensure smooth workflow.
Inventory control Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Team leadership Assign tasks, schedule shifts, train staff, and enforce safety standards.
Safety & compliance Conduct equipment checks, enforce safe handling, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Process improvement Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement productivity improvements.
Reporting & coordination Prepare performance reports, communicate with management, suppliers, and logistics teams.

University Degree
Good written & spoken English
Communication & solving problems skills
Logical thinking and creative
Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management
Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point)
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required, and experience with SAP EWM is preferred.
