Job Description

Our strategic partner is a professional manufacturer of international products such as shoe soles, sandals, sports equipment and more. The company is currently expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is looking to recruit personnel for several key positions.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and arrange goods (raw materials, finished products) in a scientific and safe manner.
• Monitor and control daily inventory levels; ensure safety stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure the quality of goods and proper preservation standards (prevention of humidity, termites/pests, etc.).
• Create goods receipt and goods issue notes; reconcile documents and invoices.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and finalizing documentation for outbound shipments.
• Place orders when stock runs low and identify supply sources.

Supervision and Coordination:

• Supervise warehouse staff (storekeepers, loaders) and train new employees.
• Coordinate closely with other departments (Purchasing, Production, Transportation, Accounting).
• Ensure compliance with fire prevention and fighting regulations and warehouse safety standards.

Reporting and Systems:

• Conduct periodic stocktakes (daily, weekly, monthly) to reconcile actual physical stock with system data.
• Prepare periodic reports; propose solutions for discrepancies and process improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management software to monitor and optimize operations.

Job Requirement

• Gender: Male. Education: Intermediate (Vocational), College or University degree.
• Fluent in Chinese.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP software.
