WORK ORDER PREPARER - MC

The main duties include:

• Receive drawings from customers. Liaise with customers to ensure all drawings in system are up-to-date.
• Ensure the correct version of drawings are issued to production.
• Create new part on ERP-B7. Make the bill of material (BOM).
• Create the appropriate Routing for every part.
• Issue the production orders to production manager.
• Support to follow up production plan to make sure OTD of every parts.
• Support regarding outsourcing machining parts
• Ensure to provide all the necessary tools and materials for production to make good parts .
• Well coordinate with purchase department; Request tool and Material for new parts.
• Well coordinate with technical personels; Create and request of making Fixture for production.
• Make inspection reports available to managers.
• Create and improve continuously the Work instructions for production steps.
• Storage production documents and ensure them to be update.
• Well communicate and follow up the instructions from production manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Well Read and understand the drawing. Geometry Dimensioning and Tolerancing knowledge.
• Having experience in mechanical processing.
• Having knowledge about Mastercam/ program of Mechanical parts
• Having experience of MS Office.
• Having knowledge about controlling quality during production.
• Knowledge of ERP system is preferable.

Education: Graduation from Vocational school in mechanical major.

Years of experience:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in same position.
• Experience in workshop / production management.
• Experience working with European/German companies is preferred.
