Position: General Accountant - Real Estate

Job Code: 109351

- Working location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～29,000,000VND

Responsibility
- Manage invoice processing and monthly bank payments
- Handle sales invoices and monitor timely collections
- Perform accurate bookkeeping using the company's software, and prepare monthly financial statements with precision.
- Handle tax declarations and tax finalisation ( VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT) and identify potential tax risks
- Maintain organized document storage, both physical and digital
- Liaise with external auditors , tax authorities, and banks.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University Graduation, bachelor’s degree in accounting required
・Gender: any, but female is preferable
・Age: 27 - 35
・English Business Level (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
・Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a general accountant
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel)
・Responsible, honest, careful, have time management skills and skills to work independently as well as in a team 
+ Strong attention to detail and communication skills
+ Fluent in Accounting software using
