Position: QS Engineer - Construction

Job Code: 112580

- Working location: Dong Da Dist,Ha Noi City

- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～18,000,000VND

Responsibility

- Quantity taking off from tender drawings and cross-checking the tender quantities. (Office / Shop / Restaurant…etc.)

- Have knowledge of interior material

- Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.

- Tender Preparation.

- General correspondence.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: male only
- Age: 28- 35 years old
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or Estimator.
- Language Skill: English - Business level 
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an estimator working in Interior
- High proficiency in AutoCAD / Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
- Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and have good communication skills.
- Can work OT and stand high pressure
- Candidate is required to submit the list of projects worked on so far
