<Job Description>

• Develop and implement a KEE engagement plan for top KEE in therapeutic areas.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of strategic plans in collaboration with other teams to drive the success of products/ Build a separate medical plan
• Lead in medical activities: planning, organizing and management of medical activities in alignment with medical plan/integrated brand plan.
• Represent the medical affairs department at medical symposia/ congresses. Collaborate for pre-event information and post-event summaries.
• Training and support to internal/external stakeholders: Train and support internal/ external stakeholders by providing updated and relevant scientific and clinical information. Collaborate and communicate closely with commercial and regional/global medical teams
• Medical Enquiries: Respond to scientific and medical inquiries to establish and/or further the knowledge and understanding of our products including addressing issues about safety and off-label use of our products based on scientific data

Job Requirement

<Requirements>

・Experience:

- Having from 2 - 3 years of experience as an MA or MSL in MNC pharmaceutical companies

- Highly prefer if having experience in oncology field

・Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong scientific baseline knowledge in the therapeutic area, clinical trial methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in-depth in therapeutic areas

- Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to function within a team environment.

- Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure

- Proactive "can do" attitude and passion for the science related to the products and associated therapeutic area

- Strong customer-facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility

- Corporate culture competencies of Leader Behaviors, including Business Integrity

- Professional personal appearance.

- Must be able to travel approximately 50%

- Good at the computer as Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Be careful, honest, enthusiastic, and have a sense of responsibility for work.
