- Work Location: District 01, HCMC
<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for managing tasks related to tax reporting, inspection, and reconciliation
- Manage and supervise the implementation of service contracts for customers
- Develop staff skills through internal training
- Control the assignment of personnel and monitoring the progress of each project
- Organize seminars related to Tax & Accounting topics
- Provide Tax & Accounting consulting services to customers via email, phone, and meetings
- Review financial statements/periodic tax reports for customers
- Report to the Board of Directors
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax related majors
・Gender: Any(Prefer Male)
・Age: 30-33 years old
・Language: English business level (good speaking and writing skills)
・Experience:
- Have at least 5-6 years' experience working for Tax-Accounting Consultancy Firms.
- Have experience in supporting tax refund & tax reconciliation processes.
・Other:
- Experience in negotiations with tax offices
- Good knowledge of accounting & tax system in Vietnam
- Good with computers (prefer candidates who can use VBA Excel)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Candidates who have CPA certificate
Experience working at a major international consulting firm (Big 4)
<Preferred personality>
・Good communication skills and presentation skills
・Dedicated, creative person who can work well under pressure.
